Shipping, returns, order queries - here are our most commonly asked questions.
Not long! Our aim is to get your games to you in 2 working days for UK orders.
Delays are a pain, we feel you! Check your tracking number and contact the courier for delivery updates, and if that doesn’t solve the problem, give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org
As we try to get our orders out quickly, it’s not possible to change an order once it’s been placed. Make sure you double-check the product and delivery details before clicking to buy!
If you do want to cancel, just email us at email@example.com
You also have up to 14 days from the day you receive your game to request a return. You then have another 14 days to send the game back, unopened, for a refund.
You’ll need to cover the return postage and we suggest using a trackable returns service! We can’t issue a refund for any non-trackable returns that go missing, so make sure you keep hold of your tracking information and proof of purchase in case you need to get in touch with us.
