Returns & Refunds

For UK Customers

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

Here’s how it works:

  • To cancel: You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to let us know you’d like to cancel - no reason needed.
  • To return: Once you’ve told us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
  • To refund: We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unplayed
  • In their original packaging

Just email support@camdengames.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note: return postage is your responsibility, and we can’t refund untracked returns that go missing, so hang on to your tracking info and proof of postage.


For US Customers

If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please contact us within 28 days of purchase.

To start a return:

  • Email support@camdengames.com with your order number
  • We’ll let you know what happens next and where to send your game(s)

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unplayed
  • In their original packaging

Return postage is your responsibility, and we can’t refund untracked returns that go missing—so please keep hold of your tracking info and proof of postage.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We pack every game with care, but if something’s gone wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email support@camdengames.com with your order number
  • Attach photos of the outer packaging and the game itself so we can follow up with our courier and warehouse teams

Missing a piece? Let us know and we’ll send a replacement quicker than you can say “critical hit.”
